Knight plays a lot like his brother, and as a junior he broke out, making a tremendous improvement. He has above average quickness, knows how to run a team and has always been a good passer, then his jump shot has improved markedly as a junior before appearing to take steps back as a senior. He’s a very good defender who can steal the ball and is good in transition, and he generally makes good decisions with the ball and his court savvy shows consistently.
On the down side, Knight’s jump shot is not only a question mark again, but so is his health. His senior year was marked by injuries, especially ankle injuries, which also hampered him at the pre-draft camp.
Knight is likely a second round pick.
