Zarko Cabarkapa The Skinny: Not all the top international prospects in this year’s draft are under the age of 22. For example, take Zarko Cabarkapa. Unlike some of the others who are projected high, Cabarkapa is a little more refined and has more of a mature body. He’s been lauded for his shooting acumen and his ability to handle the ball for a big guy. He should be able to play both forward positions in the NBA, starting out at power forward as he gets adjusted to the speed of the NBA.
