The Skinny:
Jet-quick diminutive point guard knows how to run a team. He’s a capable scorer on the move and has improved his long range shooting, while remaining a great passer, especially in penetration. One of the top pure point guards, but his size is a major concern at the next level and the reason his name gets no mention with the first round.
