Team: Miami (Fla.)
Position: Forward
Year: Senior
Size: 6’9″, 220
Stats (per game): 16.9 points / 6.4 rebounds
Notes: Named to the All-Big East Second Team. First Team All-District 6 by the NABC for the third consecutive season. Started more games (113) than anyone else in school history.
The Skinny:
Very highly-skilled offensive forward is at home on the perimeter and improved his game off the dribble as a sophomore, but remained one-dimensional during his college career just like when he began. He is a good shooter from three-point range and an intelligent player, but never did much more on a consistent basis offensively despite his good size and the ability to create matchup problems at small forward. He rebounds very well for his position, and he’s made more plays at the defensive end later in his career, but he looks to have a great deal of untapped potential. He also looks soft, as his rebounding numbers look deceptive compared to how he plays the game.
