The Skinny:
Good floor leader has good quickness and isn’t much for shooting the ball. He developed into a solid pass-first floor leader after being a scorer in high school, generally scoring on drives to the basket using his strength as well as quickness, and not taking many jump shots. He’s a solid distributor and generally takes good care of the ball, and his decision-making is solid as well. As he doesn’t shoot the ball well, he makes up for that in part by not taking many jumpers, but his free throw shooting woes in college don’t help him.
