The Skinny:
Minard’s second try may not be successful either having tested the waters last season. At Portsmouth he put up 17 points per contest and was commended for his shot selection. Minard needs more time to develop his game particularly his shooting range, but will not have the chance to showcase his potential in the NBA until a few years in the minors or overseas.
