The Skinny:
Bowers was invited to the senior-only Portsmouth Invitational Tournament, but still remains off draft radars. The MSU captain made the switch to the one after playing shooting guard the past three seasons. Bowers showed the transition to be smooth, although he remains work in progress. He had the chance to show his leadership ability in leading his team to an SEC title and its third straight NCAA appearance. Bowers lacks size and experience running a team and will most likely be in Europe or in the NBA Developmental League next season.
