Aleksander Vujacic

The Skinny:
Vujacic pulled out of the draft last year, but this year he’s in for good. He generated some buzz last year with a good performance in the 2003 Chicago Pre-Draft Camp with his ball-handling abilities and size for a point guard. He’s not particularly explosive, but showed headiness and good movement with the ball off the dribble. He can also keep defenses honest with his outside shooting. Although he’s tall, Vujacic needs to work on his quickness, especially on defense where he’s had trouble staying with American players in workouts. But because of his size and skills at the point, it appears he will be a late first round selection.
