Romar Hires Former Husky Star: Washington coach Lorenzo Romar hired Paul Fortier to be an assistant coach. Fortier comes to Washington after working at Cornell as an assistant for the past two seasons. He is one of Washington’s all-time leading scorers, playing four years at Washington in the early 1980s. The Huskies made the NCAA Tournament each season Fortier started. [5/11/05]
