Mister Anderson . . .: Colorado head coach Ricardo Patton announced the hiring of John Anderson as an assistant on his Buffaloes’ staff. Anderson comes to the Buffs after an 18-year career at Hillcrest High School in Memphis, where he had a 253-194 record. Anderson, a three-time winner of Tennessee’s High School Coach of the Year award, replaces Jason Shelton, who resigned in March to take the head coaching position at Freed-Hardeman University (Henderson, Tennessee).
