Eagle Transferring to Purdue: New Purdue head coach Matt Painter has announced that Boston College forward Gordon Watt will be transferring to the Boilermakers program. Watt, who averaged 1.3 points in six games as a freshman last season is returning to be closer to his Evanston, Illinois hometown. He will have three years of eligibility remaining at Purdue after sitting out next season due to NCAA transfer rules. [5/26/05]
