Cardinal Leader Returns: Stanford received good news when rising senior point guard Chris Hernandez opted to return to school rather than remain in the NBA Draft. By not hiring an agent, Hernandez could collect feedback from pro scouts then return to school with information about what he needs to do to improve. He averaged 15.2 points and four assists per game last season for the Cardinal, who finished in third in the Pac-10.
