Transfer Already Off Team: New Mexico senior forward Aaron Johnson has been kicked off the team after he was arrested and charged with four counts of battery on a police officer. Johnson apparently attacked police officers who tried to remove him from a nightclub. Lobo coach Ritchie McKay immediately dismissed Johnson and said the former Penn State player doesn’t have a chance to return to the team. Johnson averaged 10.2 points and 8.2 rebounds in three seasons at Penn State.
