Fegruson Pays Cost of Speed: Arkansas senior guard Eric Ferguson can avoid a 10-day suspended jail sentence if he pays about $150 in court costs and fines. Ferguson failed to pay a speeding ticket on time, and the Fayetteville District Court came calling. If Ferguson pays the fines quickly, he’ll avoid jail time. Coach Stan Heath did not want to make a big deal out of a speeding ticket and said he would discipline Ferguson internally.
