Beale Street Blues: Memphis coach John Calipari has dismissed guard Jeremy Hunt from the Tigers squad for violating team policy. Hunt was suspended indefinitely in September for breaking his hand in an altercation on Memphis’ Beale Street. Previously, he had been charged with domestic assault in January of 2005 against his then girlfriend, resulting in a restraining order and probation. Calipari said Hunt will stay in school and finish his degree. [10/4/05]
