Blazer Done for the Season: Alabama – Birmingham senior forward Demario Eddins will miss the remainder of the season after tearing his right Achilles tendon during the Blazers’ 68-62 win against Virginia Commonwealth Monday. Eddins was the team’s leader as a four-year starter. He averages 13.1 points per game, and he’s been a significant factor in the resurrection of UAB basketball.
