Ram’s Toughness Punished: Colorado State junior point guard Cory Lewis must sit out the Rams’ game against TCU tomorrow because he punched an opponent during the team’s loss to UNLV Wednesday. Lewis punched the Rebels’ Dustin Villepigue, who said that he didn’t do anything instigate the incident. According to NCAA rules, Lewis must sit out the next game. He averages 9.9 points, 3.9 rebounds and four assists per game. [1/20/06]
