UCLA: Latest Bruin Injury News

Latest Bruin Injury News: UCLA has managed to stay atop the Pac-10 this season despite dealing with enough injuries to excuse a lackluster season. The Bruins may be without their most important player at Washington State Thursday because sophomore point guard Jordan Farmar is still recovering from a sprained ankle he sustained against Arizona last weekend. Farmer is second on the team in scoring, averaging 13.6 points per game. He also keeps the offense flowing smoothly by averaging nearly six assists per game. The injury forced Farmar to wear a walking boot yesterday, and the ankle still appears discolored. Coach Ben Howland said Farmar’s status will likely be a game-time decision. [2/08/06]
