Wooldridge May Return to Wildcat Sidelines Soon: Kansas State coach Jim Wooldridge continues to recover from surgery to repair a bulging disc in his neck. To perform the surgery, surgeons needed to go through Wooldridge’s neck, so he still cannot talk easily. That limits his effectiveness on the sidelines as a coach. But Wooldridge hopes a day and a half of rest will allow him to be ready for tomorrow night’s game at Texas Tech. He has missed the Wildcats’ past two games. [2/14/06]
