Sun Belt Conference Tournament: No. 4W New Orleans was able to take down Florida International 76-56 to kick off the Sun Belt tournament. Nathaniel Parker and Jeremie Davis each had 15 points as the Privateers cruised to the win. New Orleans will face No. 1E Western Kentucky in the quarterfinals Sunday.

The Sun Belt Conference Tournament had a hat trick today in lopsided games. In the second game, Arkansas – Little Rock had four players in double figures, including Rashad Jones-Jennings with 17 points, as the team won easily 72-55. The Trojans will play No. 1W South Alabama Sunday.

The night was capped off by a 100-point showing from Troy. Cedric Jackson and Boo Ramsey combined for an amazing 19-of-22 from the field. Troy never looked back after taking a 66-37 halftime lead and cruised to a 107-83 victory. They will move on to face No. 2W Louisiana-Lafayette in the quarterfinals. [3/03/06]
