Huggins Back in Charge of ‘Cats: Former Cincinnati coach Bob Huggins has found a new coaching home in Kansas State. The deposed Bearcat coach landed with the Wildcats after sitting out a year. Cincinnati president Nancy Zimpher forced Huggins out after he had compiled a 399-127 record in 16 seasons because of off-court problems. Huggins had been arrested for a DUI charge in 2004, and his players had one of the lowest graduation rates in the college basketball. Although Huggins’ problems are well-documented, so is his success, which is not a word that can be applied to the Kansas State program’s recent history. [3/27/06]
