Farrar Joins Wyoming’s Coaching Staff: Wyoming coach Steve McClain recently announced
the hiring of David Farrar as an assistant coach. Farrar comes to Wyoming from South Alabama, where he was an assistant during the 2005-06 season. Last season, Farrar helped guide the Jaguars to a 24-7 record, including 12-3 in Sun Belt Conference competition. South Alabama won the Sun Belt Western Division regular-season title and won the Sun Belt Tournament Championship to advance to the NCAA Tournament. The Jaguars lost in the
first round of the 2006 NCAA Tournament to eventual national champion Florida. [6/13/06]
