Atlantic Sun Star Hopes NCAA Success Translates Well: Despite playing only two collegiate seasons, former North Florida forward Alain Laroche will continue his career in the professional ranks. Laroche signed with the MPC Capitals in Groningen, Holland, where he will compete in the European professional circuit. Last season, Laroche earned second team All-Atlantic Sun, averaging 18.2 points and 9.2 rebounds per game in his only season after transferring from York College (Neb.).
