Kansas Ensures Itself Five More Years of First-Round Upsets: Coach Bill Self, whose contract was set to expire in 2008, has signed a deal that will keep him at Kansas until 2011. Terms of the new deal were not yet available, but Self’s old deal paid him $1.1 million a year. Kansas is fresh off an upset win vs. No. 1 Florida.
