Gonzaga and Washington Won’t Play Next Year: Regional rivalries are wonderful — just ask the folks on Tobacco Road. But one regional rivalry that won’t be continuing is Gonzaga and Washington. The series had run for nine consecutive seasons, but Washington backed out of next year’s game to pursue other non-conference options.
