McNamara Jammin’ on the Cheap: Former Syracuse standout Gerry McNamara has returned to the United States. Rather than going back to the snowy confines of Syracuse, he’ll be heading to a much warmer spot because he signed with the NBDL’s Bakersfield Jam. He gave up a $200,000 salary with a Greek team because he was not playing much. He will make only $18,000 with the Jam. [12/14/06]
