Patriot League Tournament Semifinals: The No. 1 Holy Cross Crusaders and No. 2 Bucknell Bison will meet in the Patriot League finals Friday. Holy Cross won after Keith Simmons scored with 4.8 seconds left to lift the Crusaders over No. 4 American 55-53. Simmons was the Patriot League’s leading scorer and most valuable player, but Tim Clifford led the Crusaders with 19 points and also had eight rebounds. Bucknell knocked off No. 6 Army 68-47, led by Chris McNaughton’s 23 points. The Bison pulled away with a 14-0 run in the second half. [3/04/07]
