Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Tournament Semifinals: No. 1 Delaware State played an intensely competitive semifinal game against No. 5 Morgan State, winning 56-53 in overtime. The two teams traded the lead 13 times. Roy Bright scored more than half of the Hornets’ points with 30. He outdueled Boubacar Coly for the Golden Bears, who scored 22 points. Delaware State will play No. 2 Florida A&M. The Rattlers beat No. 3 North Carolina A&T 74-66 to move into the championship game. Leslie Robinson led Florida A&M with 25 points. [3/09/07]
