Big 12 Conference Tournament Championship: Darnell Jackson swatted a shot by D.J. Augustin and converted two free throws in overtime to put No.1 Kansas up five points against No. 3 Texas with 10 seconds remaining. A.J. Abrams hit a three-pointer to cut it two, but Russell Robinson iced it with two more free throws, giving the Jayhawks an 88-84 victory. Mario Chalmers hit a three-pointer at the top of the key to send the game into overtime. The Jayhawks erased a five-point halftime deficit in the second half. Craig Winder missed one of two free throws in the final 30 seconds to set up the drama at the end of regulation. Kevin Durant finished one of the best Big 12 tournament performances ever with 37 points. Collins led the Jayhawks with 20 points. [3/11/07]
