Skinner to Remain at The Heights a Little Longer: Boston College head coach Al Skinner has received a contract extension that will keep him at the school through the 2012-13 season. In 10 seasons, Skinner has a 196-120 record as the Eagles’ coach and has led them to the NCAA Tournament six times, including the last four seasons, marking the first such run in program history. The program has particularly taken off over the past seven seasons as the Eagles have won 164 games in that time, the highest seven-year win total in the program’s history. [9/04/07]
