Wallace Will Miss Rest of Panthers’ Season: Pittsburgh freshman center Austin Wallace will miss the rest of the season after having surgery this Friday to fix a fractured patella tendon, which he injured in practice last week. Wallace scored two points in only 12 minutes this season and did not figure to be a major contributor this season. But the injury limits his ability to develop and compete in practice. [12/11/07]
