Hokies’ Freshman Allen Suspended: Jeff Allen, a freshman forward for Virginia Tech, has been suspended for two games by the ACC for bumping an official during the Hokies’ game against Georgia Tech. After fouling out with four minutes remaining, Allen elbowed or bumped official Zelton Steed on his way to the bench. Steed then ejected Allen. Allen has since apologized and will miss games against Boston College and Duke.
