Hickson Enters NBA Draft: While more heralded freshmen like Michael Beasley, Kevin Love and O.J. Mayo continue playing basketball in the NCAA Tournament, North Carolina State’s J.J. Hickson will prepare to take his game to the NBA. The freshman forward announced he will enter the NBA Draft but won’t hire an agent, meaning the Wolfpack’s leading scorer could return to Raleigh if he doesn’t like what he hears about his draft position. Hickson averaged 14.8 points and 8.5 rebounds per game for a disappointing North Carolina State team that was picked to finish third in the ACC but ended up in last place. [3/18/08]
