East Region – Second Round: No. 4 Washington State sailed past No. 5 Notre Dame 61-41 by choking off the Fighting Irish’s high-octane offense. Sophomore forward Luke Harangody collected 22 rebounds for Notre Dame, but he scored only 10 points as Washington State held him to 3-of-17 shooting. Senior guard Derrick Low led the Cougars with 18 points, and senior guard Kyle Weaver added 15 points and nine rebounds. [3/22/08]
