Blame It on Easter: The NCAA Tournament ratings declined 9 percent compared to last year. CBS is attributing the decrease to Easter. In 2007, the tournament had a 5.3 rating and a 12 percent share in the fast national TV ratings, while this year’s rating dropped to 4.8 and an 11 percent share. [3/26/08]
