Texas Southern Hires Tony Harvey: Tony Harvey, who resigned as a Missouri assistant coach after an NCAA investigation found he violated rules, will be named head coach at Texas Southern. Harvey, who was an assistant at Missouri under Quin Snyder from 1999 to 2004, will replace interim coach Robert Moreland. [4/09/08]
