Sophomore guard Jake Kelly, Iowa’s leading scorer this past season, announced that he will transfer to Indiana State. Kelly averaged 11.6 points per game for the Hawkeyes and was the team’s most reliable player. He must sit out a season according to NCAA rules for transfers and will have two years of remaining eligibility starting with the 2010-11 season.
