South Carolina junior center Mitchell Carter will transfer to another school that he hopes will give him more playing time in his final year of eligibility. Carter averaged 1.1 points and 0.6 rebounds in 4.3 minutes per game this past season for the Gamecocks. His best game was against NC Central Dec. 16, when he posted eight points and four rebounds in 16 minutes of a 90-43 rout.
