Virginia Tech sophomore guard Hank Thorns announced that he will leave the Hokies to transfer to another school. Thorns averaged 2.7 points and 2.4 assists in 18.9 minutes per game this past season. He told coach Seth Greenberg he wants to go play for a team that will give him a bigger role.
