The Atlantic 10 Conference will move its headquarters from Philadelphia to Newport News, Va., according to an Associated Press report, which cites a person close to the situation as a source.
According to the person, ecomonics played a role in the decision. The A-10 has 14 schools mostly in the Northeast. Richmond is the only one located in Virginia.
