Wright State junior guard Vaughn Duggins was arrested and charged Aug. 28 for operating a vehicle while impaired, according to the Dayton Daily News.
Duggins was pulled over when an Ohio state trooper noticed he was crossing the lines of a highway. The officer then recorded a .163 blood alcohol level for Duggins.
Duggins figures to be a critical member of the Raiders this season after missing all but four games last season because of a finger injury. He averaged 13.8 points per game in 2007-08.
