According to an Associated Press report, Arkansas guard Stefan Welsh was suspended for unreleased reasons for the Razorbacks’ first exhibition game of the season, a 77-59 win over Dillard on Monday night.
Coach John Pelphrey did not say when the senior, who started 24 games last season, would return to the lineup. Pelphrey though has said he’s satisfied with the player’s performance in practice and in the classroom.
