Dayton can’t get over the hump to reach its potential
Dayton has a high skill level and some length and athleticism. They also have some youth and look like they have a good future. Right now, though, they’re struggling to start reaching some of that potential with the season winding down.
Brown puts forth a rare bad effort against Harvard
Harvard won at Brown quite comfortably on Friday night, but a lot had to do with a poor effort on Brown’s part. The Bears have come to play all season, but didn’t on Friday night, with a number of unforced errors along the way.
Defense has been a struggle for Central Connecticut
Central Connecticut has had their struggles this season, primarily on the defensive end. The Blue Devils will need a strong finish to make the Northeast Conference Tournament, and defense is one area that may hold them back from getting there.
