Boston University opened up the season with a win over arch-rival Northeastern in the Coaches vs. Cancer Tip-Off. More important than the win itself is how they won the game, especially since they will be the hunted in their debut season in the Patriot League.
Fairfield is young but talented, and with just one senior they will have some growing pains this season. All of that was on display in their season opener, and as it was a victory there is reason to see more positive from that game than anything else.
