Southland: Roadrunners Move 1 Game Away From Repeat Championship
No. 6 Texas-San Antonio appears determined to protect its Southland Conference title, beating No. 2 Nicholls State 57-55 for its second upset in two days. No. 1 Stephen F. Austin held off No. 4 Texas A&M-Corpus Christi 63-60 to advance to the Southland title game against Texas-San Antonio.
SWAC: Jackson State Advances
No. 2 Jackson State avenged one of its three SWAC losses in the regular season by beating No. 3 Prairie View 66-53. No. 1 Alabama State led wire to wire to beat No. 4 Arkansas-Pine Bluff 63-55 and complete a three-game season sweep of the Golden Lions.
