Among the teams thought to be national title contenders, one traditional power is receiving surprisingly little mention. There may be a reason for it, but Kansas should be in the discussion nonetheless.

Texas simply wasn’t as good as we thought they were
Texas shouldn’t be in the NCAA Tournament, but might be. In the end, the Longhorns simply were not as good as we thought they were, especially if you look back to a time when many were very high on them.
