The 2018-19 CAA went as expected to a large degree, though a few details were a bit different. The postseason has seen some notable transactions that should shake things up ahead of next season.

Plus no surprises in one big conference, while it was a good day to be a road team in another, and a mild surprise in an academic league opener.

Friday night couldn’t match Thursday in terms of surprises, but certainly gave us good games with high seeds advancing. Plus a long-time coach is out in Philadelphia, another one is not going anywhere in the CAA, and transfer news that hurts a rebuilding effort.
