2014-15 Atlantic 10 Post-Mortem
The Atlantic 10 couldn’t match the success of the prior season, but there’s no shame in that considering it was a tough act to follow. Going forward, it appears to be a bit of a mixed bag.

Rhode Island beat Iona in a first round NIT game that was played at a fast pace. We have the numbers to give a little more of a sense of the end result.

Rhode Island has gone through a nice season of growth, and that, along with a glimpse of the future, was evident in their first round NIT win over Iona in which they beat the Gaels at their own game.

And, yes, very relevant regular season games. Wednesday night featured the very best of what college basketball has to offer, in so very many ways.
What to make of the Atlantic 10 in the final month?
The picture in the Atlantic 10 at one time seemed relatively clear, but now that’s far from the case both with the standings and the NCAA potential for the teams as we have just a few weeks left.
