There was plenty of talk about how weak this draft was leading up to it, and on draft night many saw numerous surprises. In fact, we shouldn’t have been very surprised by anything, and there are things we can take away from this draft.

As Providence advances in the NIT, rebuilding picks up steam
Providence has reached the NIT quarterfinals, and with their last home game of the season in the books, one can see that the rebuilding job has picked up steam and is showing some results and reason for hope going forward.
